What a record here says
It says that the named account passed the exam on the recorded date. The exam is open book and unsupervised, so it does not identify the person at the keyboard or what they consulted.
A record is permanent. A later pass supersedes it, and its current status ends on the expiry date, while the original result remains readable.
A code is the only way in
Records cannot be searched by name. The holder must share the credential code or its verification address. Requests are rate limited.
